About the Role Reporting to the Coordinator Business Services, the successful candidate will provide professional front‑of‑office services and high‑level administrative support to ensure the smooth, safe and efficient operation of the site. As the first point of contact for visitors, contractors and employees, this role upholds Talison Lithium’s values of safety, integrity and teamwork while contributing to a positive and welcoming workplace environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist all visitors and workers in a professional and friendly manner; Answer incoming calls, direct enquiries to the appropriate departments and provide accurate site information; Maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming reception area in line with safety standards; Manage the site’s visitor sign‑in/sign‑out process in accordance with security, emergency and compliance requirements; Conduct and manage visitor site inductions ensuring compliance with site access requirements; Issue and collect visitor badges and required PPE; Provide general administrative assistance to site management and operations teams; Process catering requests and liaise with the Administration team for room set‑up and pack‑down; Prepare, maintain and update site records, registers and documentation (including telephone lists, purchasing cards and keys); Support travel booking coordination for site personnel; Process incoming and outgoing mail, freight deliveries and associated documentation; Keep office and kitchen areas tidy, stocked and well‑maintained, including replenishing consumables throughout the day; Maintain office supplies, visitor PPE stock and stationery for the Administration department; Assist with coordination of site meetings, training sessions and employee engagement activities; Record and distribute meeting minutes accurately and in a timely manner; Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with site Workplace Health, Safety and Environment policies and procedures; Support emergency response processes by maintaining accurate visitor and personnel records; Report hazards, incidents or near‑misses promptly in accordance with company reporting systems; Ensure reception and surrounding areas meet site safety, security and housekeeping standards; Act as a central communication point between departments, contractors and off‑site support teams; Assist with the distribution of safety alerts, bulletins and internal communications; and Provide accurate and timely information to support daily operations. Candidate Profile Previous experience in a Receptionist, Site Administration or similar customer‑facing role; Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; High‑level competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); High attention to detail, excellent time management and strong organisational skills; Demonstrated understanding of workplace safety requirements and ability to uphold Workplace Health, Safety and Environment standards; Professional, approachable and adaptable demeanour under pressure; Reliable, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision; Discreet, trustworthy and capable of handling confidential information; and A positive attitude and willingness to support multiple site functions. Experience working within the mining or resources industry; Familiarity with site access management systems or visitor management software; Exposure to SAP, Pronto, INX or similar enterprise systems; and Valid manual driver's licence.
