About The Role We are seeking an exceptional and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive, proactive, and strategic support to our Founder and CEO. This is a pivotal role designed to bring structure, clarity, and efficiency to a dynamic, fast-paced environment, enabling our Founder and CEO to focus on strategic growth and key initiatives. Your core responsibilities will include: Extensive Diary Management: Proactively manage and protect the founder's complex calendar, integrating work and personal life. High-Level Communication: Draft and curate client replies, partnership opportunities, commercial thinking, internal and external stakeholder management and leadership and internal communications. Presentation & Document Creation: Create high level documentation such as bespoke client proposals, board papers, and internal presentations using modern design tools such as Canva. Email & Correspondence Management: Efficiently manage a high volume of emails, prioritising and actioning critical items. Project & Opportunity Advancement: Proactively move forward opportunities related to partnerships, customers, and at times internal initiatives. Operational Administration: Provide general administrative support to streamline operations. Key Skills And Attributes We're Looking For: Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive client and leadership correspondence. Highly Structured & Organised: Ability to bring order to a dynamic, often unstructured environment. Proactive & Resourceful: Takes initiative, anticipates needs, and solves problems independently. Adaptability & Context Switching: Thrives in a fast-paced, start up/scale up environment with constant shifts in priorities. Tech-Savvy: Proficient with modern productivity and design tools (e.g., Canva, AI tools for meeting notes/productivity). Direct & Collaborative Approach: Capable of pushing back on demanding stakeholders to protect the CEO's time, while maintaining strong, collaborative relationships. Experience with Founders or C-Suite: Demonstrated experience supporting founders or senior executives in smaller, high-growth companies is highly valued. Operations Background: A "get stuff done" mentality with a focus on execution. Good Sense of Humour: Essential for our tight knit, fun loving, but high performing team culture.
