Role Description This is a part‑time on‑site role for a Fashion Designer located in Western Sydney. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for conceptualising and creating designs, selecting and sourcing suitable fabrics, coordinating fittings, and overseeing the production of clothing items. The role involves working closely with the director and marketing team as well as other departments to ensure design concepts are effectively executed. It also includes maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of current fashion trends and customer preferences to create designs that align with the brand’s vision. Qualifications 1‑2 years experience in Fashion Design, within fashion brands. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop) and relevant design software. Solid understanding of garment construction and fabric properties. Strong creative eye and ability to interpret trends into on‑brand designs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. High attention to detail and focus on quality and fit. Ability to perform in a fast‑paced, growing environment. Confident and willing to be on social media.
