Talent Acquisition Specialist - Part time - People Experience Team Sydney NSW, Australia Posted Thursday 23 October 2025 at 1:00 pm Following the announcement about the internal movements within the People Experience team, we are excited to share with you a unique opportunity to join the PX Services team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist . This role will be a part time/job share role only (3 days and 22.5 hours per week/0.6 FTE). The role will be based in Sydney in our Goulburn Street office, and once a fortnight we work from BCS Chatswood so it will be expected you will be available to work from both Goulburn St and Chatswood. In addition to this we will be looking for someone who has the flexibility to work additional hours when your job share partner, in this case Simone Tapp is on annual leave and when we have peak periods in recruitment. What you’ll be doing Reporting to the General Manager, People Operations, you will job-share this role with an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist managing end-to-end recruitment across our teams, including: Acting as a brand ambassador by promoting our EVP and company culture by providing an exceptional candidate experience Managing end-to-end recruitment by sourcing, screening, and providing top talent options for our people leaders Partnering with our people leaders to understand the role and team dynamics and collaborate on proactive sourcing strategies Developing and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies, and third-party vendors Using our ATS (Dayforce) to maintain accurate candidate information and ensure a seamless and compliant process Championing initiatives to drive continuous improvement in the way we recruit Recruiting in strata can have its challenges, so this role is not for the faint-hearted. You will need to be resourceful, proactive, work with a sense of urgency and have a natural ability to build trust with hiring managers and candidates quickly. As an integral member of the PICA People Experience (HR) team, you will play an important role in supporting our people leaders in hiring top talent and will contribute to projects designed to support our people to realise their full potential. When we’re not working hard, we make time to connect, share stories, recipes, shopping recommendations, discount codes, and a good laugh. We meet every morning and share three things we’re grateful for that day. Mondays we review our teamwork planner, Tuesdays we share funnies, Wednesdays we learn a new and unusual word, Thursdays we interview someone random from around the business, and on Friday’s we lighten it up with Friday filters in our daily huddle. If you join our team, you will be encouraged, supported and given every opportunity to be your best self. About You The ideal person to join our team may be an experienced talent professional and we’re also open to experienced people leaders who have been responsible for high volume recruitment in their roles, with a genuine interest and passion in finding top talent Whatever your background, if you can work at a fast pace, enjoy learning and thinking outside the box, like interacting with people but can also burn through administrative tasks, and are a genuinely nice person willing to pitch in when the chips are down, then we want to hear from you The role is a part-time job-share role, so the ability to communicate well and take full ownership of your own responsibilities is imperative. How to apply If you're genuinely interested in this role, you must be meeting expectations in your current role, and we ask that you speak with your manager first about your interest. Then with their support apply as an internal applicant via Dayforce. For instructions on how to apply for a role internally click apply. Know someone who may be a good fit?
