Position Overview Silk has a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our Yennora team on a Full-Time basis. In this role, you will be the key link between our customers and operations teams, ensuring smooth logistics processes and excellent service delivery. Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through clear, accurate, and timely communication. Collaborate with warehouse and transport teams to process and manage client orders, ensuring on‑time and cost‑effective delivery. Manage and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and rate structures to meet client commitments. Record job tasks and daily charges in our TMS system, reviewing pending charges to prevent revenue loss. Accurately enter stock receipts and movements into the warehouse management system, working with inventory controllers on stock takes. Assist with tracking and maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support ongoing service improvements. Ensure accuracy in all data entry and documentation to maintain smooth operations. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in Warehousing / Transport and Customer Service (essential). Industry-specific knowledge or training (advantageous). Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer systems. Experience in KPI development and a strong focus on accuracy in data entry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues and customers. A collaborative team player who thrives in problem-solving and fast‑paced environments.
