As an integral member of the Divisional Leadership Team you will provide high-level executive and administrative support that enables the General Manager to focus on strategic priorities. Acting as a trusted link between the GM, CEO, Executive Leadership Team, Councillors, staff and the community you’ll ensure seamless communication, manage critical workflows and deliver outcomes with professionalism and care. You’ll not only manage the day-to-day operations of the GM’s office but also contribute to projects and initiatives that strengthen service excellence across the organisation. Responsibilities Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the General Manager. Coordinate and manage the GM’s calendar, meetings and travel arrangements. Prepare agendas, briefings, reports and correspondence for executive meetings. Act as a liaison between the GM, executive leadership, councilors, staff, and community stakeholders. Ensure effective communication and workflow management across multiple stakeholders. Support project and initiative implementation related to service excellence. Maintain confidentiality and professional discretion with sensitive information. What We're Looking For Extensive experience providing high-level support to senior executives with proven ability to manage workflows, priorities and sensitive information effectively. Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills with the ability to prepare accurate agendas, briefings, reports and correspondence. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and liaise across all levels including senior management, elected officials, government agencies, and community representatives. High proficiency in Microsoft Office and corporate systems (e.g. TRIM / Content Manager, Oracle, TechnologyOne or similar) with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies. Demonstrated professionalism, discretion and political awareness in handling confidential and sensitive matters.
