The Role We are seeking a petrol-headed and data-driven Marketing Specialist to take the wheel of our marketing efforts. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer loyalty, and service bookings. Your work will directly contribute to a seamless customer experience, from online discovery to the service workshop. Key Responsibilities Digital Campaign Management: Develop and manage targeted digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), and other relevant channels to promote our services (e.g., logbook servicing, brake repairs, safety certificates). Content Creation & Storytelling: Create compelling, easy-to-understand content that demystifies auto services. This includes blog posts, video explainers, service guides, and social media content that highlights our expertise and trustworthiness. Customer Communication: Craft and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns for customer retention, service reminders, promotions, and loyalty programs. Local SEO & Online Presence: Optimise our website and online listings (Google My Business) to ensure we are the top choice for local customers searching for "auto service," "car repair," or "mechanic near me." Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, and lead generation, providing regular reports on ROI and using data to refine our marketing strategy. Community Engagement: Build our brand presence within the local community through partnerships, sponsorships, and local events. About You You are a marketer who understands both the art of engagement and the science of lead generation. You're excited by the prospect of marketing a high-trust service and can communicate technical value in a customer-friendly way. Essential Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in a hands-on marketing role, preferably within automotive, retail, or a local service-based business. Proven experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and a strong understanding of Local SEO. Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different channels and audiences. Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and social media schedulers. A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion. A genuine interest in the automotive industry is a significant advantage.
