We're looking for a strategic and innovative Learning & Development professional to lead a small, committed team and drive impactful learning initiatives across our entire business. As a 12-month fixed-term (parental leave coverage) contract, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to truly add value in an exciting organisation, or a Senior Specialist ready to put their knowledge and skill into practice in a dynamic environment. This is a unique opportunity to truly own the L&D function — to reimagine how learning is delivered, embed a culture of growth and performance, and implement scalable, tech-enabled solutions that make a real difference. You'll be empowered to lead change, influence senior stakeholders, and shape the future of capability development across a global organisation. What You'll Be Doing Design and implement enterprise-wide learning frameworks and programs Lead the redesign of induction and ongoing training experiences Drive performance and compliance through engaging learning strategies Champion modern, tech-enabled learning methodologies Oversee quality assurance programs and leverage AI for coaching Manage LMS platforms and e-learning content Partner with stakeholders to align learning with strategic goals Mentor and develop a collaborative, innovative L&D team What You'll Bring Proven experience in instructional design and learning consulting Strong background in compliance and capability development Proficiency in LMS administration and AI-enhanced learning tools Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience leading high-performing teams Strong project management and analytical skills Relevant qualifications in HR, Business, Education or Cert IV in Training & Assessment Why Scenic?
