About the Role As our Accounts Receivable Officer , you’ll manage end‑to‑end collections for a defined customer portfolio – including RCTI customers – ensuring timely payments, reduced overdue debt, and consistent achievement of cash flow KPIs. You’ll work closely with internal teams and customers, resolving disputes, reconciling accounts, mitigating debt exposure, and presenting clear insights that support finance leadership. This is a role for someone who wants ownership, accountability, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact on financial performance. What You’ll Drive End‑to‑end management of receivables across a designated customer portfolio, including RCTI customers Reduce overdue debt and meet monthly cash flow KPIs Maintain consistent, proactive customer contact to identify risk early Escalate issues and take action to mitigate credit exposure Reconciliations & Issue Resolution Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies Process credits and journals with accuracy Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve non‑payment or disputes Maintain clear documentation and audit trails Reporting & Insights Prepare debt reports, trend analysis and insights for account managers and finance leaders Monitor risk indicators and highlight exposure early Support continuous improvement of credit policies and processes Build strong customer relationships grounded in professionalism and accountability Partner with internal stakeholders to achieve shared cash flow outcomes Support ad hoc finance tasks and projects What You’ll Bring Minimum 5 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable or credit control Significant experience with RCTI (Recipient Created Tax Invoicing) Strong communication skills – written, verbal and customer‑facing High accuracy, attention to detail and strong reconciliation capability Commercial maturity, negotiation confidence and customer‑centric mindset Proactive, self‑driven, and able to manage multiple priorities Advanced Microsoft Office skills Who You Are Think commercially and act with integrity Communicate clearly and build trust quickly Remain calm, firm and professional in challenging conversations Enjoy improving processes and reducing financial risk Takes ownership and delivers results Work well across teams and build strong internal partnerships Ready to strengthen our financial future?
