Salary: VPS4 $97,955 to $111,142 plus superannuation . This role involves delivering training and assessment to Youth Justice staff, mainly in Custody, and developing learning programmes. About this role Key responsibilities: Training and assessing the Certificate IV in Youth Justice, supporting capability building within the broader Learning & Capability team. Developing learning materials for in‑person and online delivery. Assisting the team with learning design systems, process development, coordination, facilitation and assessment. A current driver's licence is required. About you We are seeking an individual with strong training and assessment experience in Youth Justice. Qualifications and experience Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or Diploma of Vocational Education and Training or Diploma of Training Design and Development. Certificate IV in Youth Justice or equivalent. Current Working with Children Check card required. Proven ability to lead engaging training sessions, manage critical incidents, and assess learners for nationally recognised qualifications. Experience with Nexus reporting.
