Overview We are seeking a results‑driven, channel‑savvy Overseas Channel Sales Manager specializing in the Australian market. Your core mission is to develop and manage a diverse range of mainstream retail channels, driving sales growth of lawn and garden tools through effective channel strategies and execution. Responsibilities Channel Expansion and Sales Breakthrough – Develop, penetrate and manage at least two of the five major Australian channels (Garden/Lawn, Tools Hardware, Outdoor & BBQ, CE/Appliance, Pool). Formulate and implement channel‑specific sales growth strategies focusing on high‑potential product portfolios to achieve significant breakthroughs in sales revenue. Establish and maintain solid partnerships with key retail channels such as Bunnings, Total Tools, Mitre 10, and Stratco, becoming their trusted business partners. Continuously enhance channel share and sales performance through regular business reviews, joint business planning and in‑store promotional support. Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive channel pricing, promotion and product portfolio strategies to increase channel profits and sales efficiency. Lead new product launches and store display optimization to ensure product visibility and appeal at the channel end. Deeply understand the trends and competitive landscape of the Australian garden tool market, providing actionable recommendations for channel strategies and product planning. Utilize sales data and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and promptly adjust sales strategies to drive business growth. Qualifications Over 5 years of local sales experience in Australia, familiar with at least two of the following channels and having mature customer resources: Garden/Lawn specialty stores, Tools hardware stores, Outdoor & BBQ, CE/Appliance extended channels, Pool outdoor ecological channels. Proficient in at least two of the following product categories: robotic lawn mowers / traditional petrol lawn mowers, garden tools, power tools, outdoor ecological products. Experience in developing customers from scratch or expanding existing customer base, with successful cases of leading customers with annual sales of over one million. Prior experience in cooperation with middle and senior‑level customers in systems such as Bunnings, Total Tools, Mitre 10, Stratco is preferred.
