Our client is well-backed, provides a powerful, feature-rich financial management platform that will disrupt the Australian mid-market. What you'll achieve: As a founding member of the Australian sales team, your mission is to drive new revenue and establish a strong market presence. Building a robust sales pipeline through strategic, high-volume prospecting and networking across multiple channels. Managing the full sales cycle, from qualifying new business enquiries to presenting the value proposition and closing deals. Partnering with the founding marketing leader to shape and execute campaigns that build the brand and generate leads. Becoming an expert in the company’s powerful solution portfolio and the competitive landscape. Meticulously managing your activity and forecasting accurately using Salesforce. Your Skills You are a natural hunter with a passion for winning, bringing: A minimum of experience in a B2B sales or BDM role, with a demonstrable track record of exceeding targets. A resilient and tenacious mindset, with a powerful drive to succeed against measurable goals. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and articulate a clear value proposition. A collaborative, team-first attitude; you thrive on collective success. What's On Offer A competitive base salary of $110,000 - $120,000 + Superannuation + Uncapped Commissions. An uncapped commission structure with a realistic, achievable OTE of $220,000+.
