Generator Power / Himoinsa, Spanish manufacture of generators and lighting towers part of Yanmar group. Our main warehouse is in Revesby‑Sydney with branches in all capital cities. Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a dedicated person to join our dynamic team and work alongside other team members. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach. Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue goals. Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with new and existing clients. Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential partners or clients. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product, and operations) to align strategies and deliver client solutions. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction. Track, analyze, and report on business performance metrics and sales forecasts. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities. Qualifications and Skills: Must have 3 to 5 years experience in the generators/lighting towers industry and experience in business development/sales Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business revenue. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities. Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently or in a team environment. Ability to travel as needed for meetings, conferences, and client visits. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): New client acquisition rate Revenue growth and profitability Client retention and satisfaction levels Number and quality of strategic partnerships developed Office‑based and/or travel to client sites or industry events.
