Senior Renewals Specialist @ Klaviyo Job Summary: The Senior Renewals Specialist serves as a key functional member of the GTM team, responsible for orchestrating successful and timely renewals for manually‑contracted Klaviyo customers. With a rapidly expanding install base, the Renewals Specialist partners closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to proactively drive all administrative aspects of the renewal process while facilitating any upsell discussions. Responsibilities Schedule, attend, and document customer renewal calls Transform workflows by putting AI at the center, building smarter systems and ways of working from the ground up Leverage systems data and information from CSM to understand current customer state Scope contract options and/or levers and facilitate internal approvals needed Identify add‑on or cross‑sell opportunities and facilitate conversations with Account Executives when necessary Collaborate with internal resources such as Sales Operations, Finance, and Legal to book all orders per company guidelines Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements 3‑4 years of experience in business development, customer success, sales support, or renewals Experience experimenting with AI in work or personal projects; eagerness to learn and apply new AI tools and workflows Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent time‑management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Critical thinker who can help create and improve processes Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent work experience, or a bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred) Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Equal Opportunity Employment Statement Klaviyo is committed to a policy of equal opportunity and non‑discrimination.
