Overview Klaviyo is hiring a Senior Renewals Specialist in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The role partners with the Customer Success and Sales Teams to manage renewals for manually-contracted Klaviyo customers and to facilitate upsell discussions. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, cross-functional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Schedule, attend, and document customer renewal calls Transform workflows by building smarter systems and processes Use systems data and information from CSM to understand the current customer state Scope contract options and facilitate internal approvals as needed Identify add-on or cross-sell opportunities and coordinate discussions with Account Executives Collaborate with Sales Operations, Finance, and Legal to book orders per company guidelines Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements 3-4 years of experience in business development, customer success, sales support, or renewals Experience with AI in work or personal projects and a willingness to learn and apply new AI tools and workflows Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Critical thinker with an ability to help create and improve processes Education And Experience High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree or higher is a plus Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Compensation Base Pay Range in Local Currency: $112,000—$168,000 AUD. Total compensation may include annual bonus, variable compensation (OTE for sales and customer success roles), equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive benefits package.
