BusinessPartnering: Partnercloselywithhiringmanagersandleaderstounderstandworkforceneeds,successprofiles,andmarkettrends. TalentPipelining: Buildproactivepipelinesforcritical,high-growth,andspecialistrolestosupportfutureworkforceneeds. EmployerBranding: PromoteAutomic’scultureandEVPacrossLinkedInandotherchannelstoattracttoptalentandstrengthenouremployerbrand. CandidateExperience: Deliveraseamlessandengagingrecruitmentexperienceforcandidatesandhiringmanagersateverystage. Analytics&Reporting: Trackandreportonrecruitmentmetrics(e.g.time-to-fill,cost-per-hire,sourceeffectiveness)andprovideinsightstoimprovehiringoutcomes. Process&Systems: MaintainandoptimiserecruitmentprocessesandtemplateswithinourATS(ELMO),drivingconsistencyandcompliance. Compliance&Sponsorships: CoordinateVISAandsponsorshipprocesses(e.g.subclass482)inlinewithlegislationandinternalpolicy. HiringCapability: Supporthiringmanagertrainingandbest-practicetoolkitsoninterviewing,biasawareness,andselection. ContinuousImprovement: ContributetoPeople&Cultureprojectsfocusedonautomation,candidatecommunication,andrecruitmentefficiency Desired Skills and Experience Whatyou’llbring Provenexperiencemanagingend-to-endrecruitment,ideallywithinafast-growingorprofessionalservicesenvironment.
