As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a skilled Chef to join our team and help us deliver outstanding dining experiences every day. Key Responsibilities Prepare and deliver a wide range of high‑quality dishes with consistency, creativity, and exceptional attention to detail. Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop seasonal menus, new dishes, and appealing daily specials. Contribute to menu planning by incorporating fresh, seasonal ingredients while ensuring cost‑effective operations. Maintain high standards of flavor, portion control, and presentation for all dishes leaving the kitchen. Lead, support, and mentor junior kitchen staff to promote a positive and collaborative team environment. Manage stock levels, assist with ordering, and help implement effective waste‑minimization practices. Uphold strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards to maintain a safe and compliant kitchen. Assist in the preparation and execution of catering, functions, and special events. Qualifications and Experience Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent). Minimum of 1 year experience as a Chef in a fast‑paced kitchen environment. Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques, preparation methods, and creative menu development. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining exceptional quality and consistency. Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills, paired with a genuine passion for hospitality.
