As our Quality Assurance Officer , you’ll play a vital role in helping Dari’s Kitchen deliver delicious, high-quality products our customers trust and enjoy. Working within the dedicated quality team, you will support the continuous improvement of our processes products. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Quality Manager to ensure our commitment to quality, safety, and consistency is upheld at every stage. Key Responsibilities Assist in all QA functions, ensuring compliance with SQF and customer requirements. Daily review of monitoring documents. Deliver training across all elements of the food safety program. Ensure effective document control, traceability, and record-keeping systems. Write product specifications and maintain food safety documentation. Conduct daily checks & line-walks on production lines to ensure CCPs and QCPs checks are met. Conduct GMP audits, implement quality checks, and carry out traceability exercises. Manage and maintain the site’s calibration, approved supplier, and testing programs. Assist the quality manager with internal and external audits. Assist the NPD department on technical matters. Skills Relevant tertiary qualification in food science or equivalent. 3+ years experience in a quality role. Experience in high care and/or dairy processing highly regarded. Strong working knowledge in HACCP and SQF. Able to work proactively and autonomously. #J-18808-Ljbffr
