We're seeking an enthusiastic
Intake and Bookings Officer
to join our dedicated
NDIS Customer Service Team . This role involves managing and meeting Partner in the Community contract deliverables of NDIS Services within the Brotherhood of St Laurence (BSL) Disability Services Division.Salary:
A competitive remuneration package ranging from $73,264.65
- $78,559.97
per annum + 11% superannuation.Type of Employment:
Permanent,

Intake and Bookings Officer , your role is a pivotal function of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). While working as part of a centrally managed Intake and Bookings Team, you will be responsible for managing and meeting Partner in the Community contract deliverables of NDIS Services in a defined geographical area.As an Intake and Bookings Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely, efficient, and responsive service provision to BSL's NDIS participants, customers, and the community. Additionally, as necessary, this position screens participant records, ensuring that all relevant participant/family/carers information is correct, current, and available.ABOUT YOU
