About the role Lead and coordinate patient support and cleaning services across RBWH Operating Theatres, ICU, and Burns Unit, ensuring high standards of safety, efficiency, and staff development. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations, staffing, and workflow to maintain service continuity and theatre efficiency. Manage and mentor a large team, driving performance, training, and workplace culture aligned with Metro North values. Ensure compliance with cleaning standards, safety regulations, and quality improvement initiatives through audits and reporting. Act as a key liaison with clinical teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication to support patient care.
