We are looking for an energetic, proactive and collaborative individual to contribute to the growth trajectory of our national Energy & Resources practice group. This role contributes to the firm’s client retention, client development and new business development initiatives through driving activities such as: Taking responsibility and ownership for the execution of practice group and client business development priorities, including taking the lead on agreed projects and initiatives Contributing to the development and implementation of practice group and client plans Client plan implementation and provision of business development advice Best practice tender and credential management Research and communication of opportunities Event management associated with specific client initiatives This position will work closely with the Senior Business Development Manager, nominated practice groups and clients Required skills and experience Marketing degree or relevant business qualification. Three years plus marketing experience, professional services an advantage. Experience in drafting tenders is essential. Strong proprietary attitude; customer focus and service attitude, demonstrated drive and initiative, ability to manage multiple tasks/projects, a continual improvement mindset Project management skills Stakeholder management and influencing skills Tender management skills Advanced business writing skills Research and analytical skills.
