With a focus on innovation and excellence, they are on the lookout for an accomplished Accounts Officer to join their high-performing team. As the company experiences rapid growth, they are eager to bring on a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support their finance operations and contribute to their ongoing success. Job Description Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, your role will involve: Managing the full accounts payable and receivable process Performing account reconciliations and overseeing general ledger maintenance Handling data entry and preparing financial reports Monitoring cash flow and supporting financial analysis Supporting the month-end close and financial reporting processes Maintaining vendor relationships and addressing invoice discrepancies Reviewing and assisting with financial statements Taking on additional tasks and projects as needed The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar full-cycle accounts officer role. Experience within the IT/tech or telecommunications sectors will be highly regarded. They should be proficient in working with large accounting systems or similar financial software. Strong communication skills, excellent time management, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve are essential.
