4-5 hours per day, Monday to Friday (flexible and open to discussion) Based in our Cronulla office, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join a reputable and supportive organisation. You'll play a key role in managing payroll for our expanding team and providing essential support to our Accounts Department in a friendly, professional environment. This part‑time position offers approximately 20‑25 hours per week , ideally spread across 4‑5 hours per day, Monday to Friday . We are flexible and happy to discuss what works best. Your Responsibilities End‑to‑end payroll processing for 150+ employees Managing superannuation, employee entitlements and ensuring payroll compliance Processing commissions and bonus calculations for sales agents Accounts payable and receivable support Bank and financial account reconciliations Maintaining accurate financial records, ledgers and reporting What You'll Bring 2+ years' experience in a payroll specialist or payroll‑focused position Proven experience managing payroll for 150+ staff Experience using MYOB, ADP Payroll and Xero Strong attention to detail, accuracy and reliability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Real estate experience helpful but not essential Highland is one of the Sutherland Shire's leading real estate groups, now with 200+ staff across 7 offices spanning the Shire, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, Southern Highlands, Northern Rivers and Queensland.
