Base pay range A$160,000.00/yr - A$180,000.00/yr About the role A fast growing, global (but independent) Digital agency with a focus on Transformation, Experience and AI is looking for their first dedicated sales leader, to drive sales efforts across the ANZ and APAC region. With well-recognised clients already, they want to take the business to the next level, focusing on winning new logos. You will be part of a small local team, with the support of over 300 international colleagues, and will work closely with the General Manager, APAC to grow the business. Responsibilities Prospecting and Lead Generation (inbound and outbound sales) Building out sales function for the ANZ/APAC region Client Acquisition Sales Strategy and Planning Partnership Management Domestic and International travel to meet with clients, stakeholders and partners and attend relevant events and conferences Qualifications Strong experience in new business development/sales focused roles within the Digital Agency/Martech/SI space Background selling digital solutions such as AEM, Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Optimizely or similar Track record of successfully closing deals from $100k into the millions of dollars Ability to identify opportunities within both new and existing business Solid partnership experience – ability to manage and work closely with external partners to build revenue streams Proficient in CRM and Sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce and/or LinkedIn Sales Navigator Experience selling ‘Optimizely’ products will be held in high regard Collaborative, dynamic, strategic thinker passionate about helping companies grow Salary & Benefits Salary: A$160,000.00 – A$180,000.00 per year + super + 50% bonus (uncapped) + benefits Location & Working Rights This role is only open to those with full working rights in Australia. The role will be located in Sydney and must be willing to work out of the Sydney office. Remote workers will not be considered at this time.
