We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People and Culture Business Partner to join our team and help drive people initiatives that support operational excellence. This is more than just an advisory role — it’s an opportunity to truly partner with leaders to build a high‑performing, engaged, and future‑ready workforce. Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, this position is integral to ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day delivery of People and Culture services, supporting employees and leaders with workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. You will be a trusted point of contact for all people‑related matters, working closely with teams on‑site to provide practical, people‑focused solutions. What You’ll Do: Act as a trusted advisor to leaders across the business. Provide expert support across the full employee lifecycle including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, and off‑boarding. Partner with leaders to manage complex employee relations matters including misconduct, grievances, and investigations, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policy. Assist in implementing workforce planning, performance, talent development, and engagement initiatives. Maintain and use HR systems and data to deliver accurate reports and workforce insights. Provide guidance on remuneration, benefits, and recognition programs. Support the development and continuous improvement of people policies, frameworks, and processes. Support organisational development programmes aligned with business strategy. What We’re Looking For: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field. Proven experience in an HR generalist or business partnering role (5+ years) in a medium‑size, operational or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, including the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, and industrial instruments. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills. Proven capability in stakeholder engagement, problem‑solving, and data‑informed decision‑making. A proactive, strategic mindset with hands‑on execution capability and a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency. Why Join Us?
