Business Development Manager We’re looking for a driven, high-performing Business Development Manager to join our Sydney sales team. You’ll be responsible for signing new hospitality partners across Sydney, helping venues unlock incremental, profitable revenue through EatClub’s dynamic pricing platform. This is a fast-paced, field-based sales role built for people who love closing deals, moving quickly, and owning their patch. You’ll have uncapped earning potential, a proven sales playbook, and the backing of a strong leadership team, but the results (and rewards) are yours to control. About EatClub EatClub is a VC-backed tech company founded by Marco Pierre White, transforming how restaurants drive profit. Our platform helps venues fill empty tables using real-time dynamic pricing, just like airlines and hotels. We’ve already helped thousands of venues generate tens of millions in new revenue, and now we’re scaling fast across Australia and the UK. Victoria is our next major growth market, and we’re building a team of ambitious, results-driven salespeople to lead it. What You’ll Do Prospect, pitch, and sign new restaurants and hospitality partners across Melbourne Run high-quality, in-person meetings and demos — this is a true field sales role Own your territory: plan your pipeline, manage your schedule, and close deals fast Achieve weekly sign-up targets and maintain consistent high activity levels Use HubSpot and Gong to track performance, pipeline, and conversion rates Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure seamless onboarding and activation Provide feedback on market trends and help shape our VIC sales strategy What We’re Looking For 1–3+ years of sales experience, ideally in hospitality, tech, or marketplace environments Confident in face-to-face sales and cold prospecting Proven ability to hit and exceed targets, you’re competitive, fast-moving, and self-driven Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills A proactive, ownership mindset, you take pride in your performance Hospitality background (worked in or sold to venues) is a strong advantage Why Join EatClub Uncapped commission structure, OTE $130K+ realistic, top performers earn $180K+ Be part of a fast-scaling tech company with national reach and international growth Clear career progression into senior and leadership roles Autonomy and ownership: your territory, your strategy, your results Hybrid, flexible setup, mix of field work, remote work, and team collaboration Join a young, energetic, and supportive team that celebrates wins together Access to new city and international launch opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
