We are looking for a super star Office Administrator to join our team and support our next stage of growth in advancing composite manufacturing. This role is perfect for someone who is organised, detail-driven and enjoys variety – spanning human resources, accounts management, procurement, and customer support. This is a full-time role (38hrs/week) with flexible working hours Monday to Friday (between 7:00am and 5:00pm). About us: Lightwave Group is a family‑owned company of over 30 years specialising in manufacturing luxury yachts & fibre‑composite parts. Located in Yatala, we have just finished the construction of purpose‑built manufacturing & office facility offering a safe, modern and highly productive working environment. What's in it for you Long-term stability in a well‑established, family‑owned business Varied and engaging work , with opportunities to learn across multiple areas of the business Flexible hours between 7am – 5pm to support work‑life balance Growth and development supported through ongoing training and upskilling Small, supportive office team with a friendly, family‑oriented culture Innovative environment with strong investment in technology, systems, and people Brand new purpose‑built facility , modern office space, and safe working environment What you will be doing: People & HR Support Preparing employment contracts and HR documentation Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes Processing payroll and maintaining employee records Assisting with performance reviews and staff development processes Business & Accounts Administration Overseeing the workflow of the Accounts Assistant Preparing reports using Power BI, Excel, and internal systems BAS / IAS and other compliance requirements Coordinating procurement and supporting inventory management Providing day‑to‑day administrative support across the business Maintaining organised filing systems, records, and company databases Assisting with quoting, estimating, and job preparation Supporting contract management and supplier communication Providing excellent customer service through email, phone, and in‑person interactions What we value in You Previous experience in an office administration role or similar support role Confident using Outlook, Excel and Word are essential. Any experience in PowerBI and/or Odoo are even better Strong attention to detail, organisation and follow‑through. Proactive, reliable, and able to work well within a small team Strong problem‑solving skills ability and comfort managing multiple tasks.
