Agency Sales Manager

We’re looking for a results-driven, sales-focused Agency Sales Manager to accelerate Elastic’s growth and expand our client base. This is a true hunter role, you’ll be creating opportunities, opening doors, and building a strong pipeline of new business across multiple markets. You’ll be joining a creatively led agency with big ideas, a collaborative spirit and a genuine love for what we do. This role is all about identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships and helping us shape the next chapter of growth. Your role As an Agency Sales Manager at Elastic, you’ll lead the charge on new business – building relationships, shaping proposals and helping to convert opportunities into lasting client partnerships. Success for this role looks like quickly building a healthy pipeline, identifying new revenue pathways, and helping open entirely new client categories for the business. New business & growth Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across a range of sectors Building and managing a healthy pipeline of leads Leading new business conversations, proposals, credentials and pitches Attending events, building relationships, and representing Elastic in the market Tracking and reporting new business performance Finding new platforms to discuss and promote the Elastic value proposition Client and commercial insight Working closely with senior stakeholders to align on growth priorities Developing tailored proposals that clearly communicate our capabilities and value Staying across market trends and competitor activity You’ll need A minimum of 7 years’ experience in business development, sales or client growth within a creative, marketing or agency environment. A proven track record in converting opportunities and driving revenue Confidence presenting to clients and leading pitch conversations Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of how creative work delivers business outcomes Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A proactive, goal-oriented approach – comfortable working independently Why Elastic?
