Office & Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office & Marketing Manager to join our dynamic real estate team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys supporting both sales and property management teams. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow Manage reception, administration, and general office support Coordinate office marketing including social media Manage office calendars, meeting schedules, and staff communication Maintain databases, CRM updates, and office systems Assist with payroll preparation Assist with events, sponsorships and community promotions Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors Marketing Responsibilities Coordinate marketing campaigns for the office and individual agents Develop and implement marketing strategies for individual agents and agency events Monitor marketing performance and engagement metrics Develop and implement office-wide marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns Assist in creating content for newsletters, email campaigns, and social media posts Ensure all marketing materials are on-brand and compliant HR Responsibilities Assist with onboarding and offboarding of staff Maintain personnel files and HR documentation Coordinate new starter paperwork, IT access and office setup Assist with training scheduling and staff communication Assist with handling complaints, concerns, and feedback in a confidential and professional manner Support Directors in documenting and tracking complaint resolutions and follow-up actions Monitor leave balances, timesheets and staff rosters Help foster a positive, supportive team culture About You Minimum 1 year experience in office management or office operations (real estate experience highly preferred). Previous experience in real estate administration or marketing (preferred) Strong organisational and multitasking skills Creative mindset with an eye for marketing and branding Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive, professional, and solutions-focused attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr
