Knowledgeable for freight forwarding transportation, contract logistics, and multimodal solution selling. Work closely with cross-functional teams in the PSA BDP Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including shippers, manufacturers, and distributors. Understand customers' needs and develop customized solutions to meet their transportation and logistics requirements. Input and timely update of sales activities utilizing CRM system and build up healthy pipeline Provide regular sales reports and updates to management. Drive and lead RFQ process Job RequirementsTertiary qualifications with minimum 5 years’ sales/business development experience in Logistics/Freight-forwarding: Knowledge in Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Contract Logistics and Value Add Solutions in Logistics Company Solid and demonstrated working knowledge of the Freight Forwarding and contract logistics Industry. Effective verbal and written communications in English and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with clients, carriers, other forwarders, vendors. Ability to research, identify, tackle, grow and close business opportunities ensuring the needed support from product and operations. Results-driven, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Great negotiation, consultative and relationship management skills. Ability to manage priorities, be organized, methodical and deal well under pressure. Able to work autonomously with support from Sales Leaders.
