With strong technical capability, innovation, and supply partnerships across multiple countries, Pure Dairy, underpinned by its brand new $100m conversion facility in Dandenong South, continues to scale its Australian footprint through strategic customer growth and regional expansion. To support with this exciting expansion, we are now looking for a dynamic and driven National Business Development Manager to accelerate Pure Dairy’s growth in two strategic areas: Contract Manufacturing / OEM / TPM / Toll Manufacturing QSR Chains , including management of an existing high volume national QSR account The role reports directly to the Chief Growth Officer and is a hunter-focused role requiring a commercially sharp operator who can build a high-quality pipeline, originate opportunities, drive strategic conversations, and close deals across multiple dairy categories (slices, shredded cheese, mozzarella, processed cheese, fats, and value-added dairy ingredients). Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to: New Business Development – Contract Manufacturing Lead the national strategy for OEM/TPM/Toll Manufacturing growth across cheese and dairy categories. Identify, assess, and convert new manufacturing opportunities with food manufacturers, branded FMCG customers, QSR suppliers, and distributors. Build and manage a robust opportunity pipeline aligned to Pure Dairy’s capacity, capabilities, and margin targets. Develop commercial proposals, RFP responses, pricing models, and supply solutions. Work closely with Technical and Operations teams to scope customer requirements, lead trials, and ensure successful onboarding. Negotiate long‑term agreements that deliver strategic value and sustainable growth. Drive new business across national and regional QSR brands (burgers, pizza, cafés, bakery, fast casual). Build strategic multi‑level relationships: culinary, supply chain, procurement, executive. Develop tailored solutions for cheese, sauces, and value‑added dairy. Deliver category insights, product concepts, and cost‑optimised supply models. Manage and grow one existing national QSR customer with excellence in service, quality, and innovation. Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM discipline, and deal probability management. Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and margin targets. Champion strategic prioritisation and value creation across the customer base. Cross‑Functional Leadership Collaborate with Technical, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to build competitive supply solutions. Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and demand insights. Support product development pathways and commercialisation initiatives. Represent Pure Dairy at industry events, customer presentations, and in‑market visits. To be considered for this role you will have the following skills & qualifications: Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in B2B sales, with proven success in toll manufacturing, foodservice, ingredients, dairy, FMCG, or QSR supplier networks . Strong hunter profile with demonstrated ability to originate and close complex commercial deals. Deep understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, food processing, or value‑added dairy (preferred). Proven ability to manage senior customer relationships and influence cross‑functional teams. Strong commercial acumen: pricing, contracts, margin management, and negotiation. Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholder groups. High energy, self‑driven, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced entrepreneurial environment.
