Senior National Account Manager – Woolworths Join Real Pet Food Company to lead our partnership with Woolworths, delivering profitable growth, customer activation and joint business plans. Pay range: A$130,000.00 / year – A$155,000.00 / year (based on skills and experience; discuss with recruiter). Opportunity Reporting to Jessica Christopher, National Business Manager – Woolworths, you will own the end‑to‑end Woolworths relationship, influence across marketing, eCommerce, finance, supply chain, category and operations. What You’ll Do Own the Woolworths relationship – drive strategic growth through insight‑led account planning. Lead with numbers – build forecasts, manage spend and deliver profitability through pricing and promotional strategies. Activate and innovate – execute joint business plans and category activations aligning with brand and retailer strategies. Drive cross‑functional collaboration – partner closely with marketing, category and operations teams. Mentor emerging Sales Executives and model behaviours that foster a culture of growth, inclusivity and performance. Champion commercial rigour – manage claims, terms, trade spend and promotional ROI. What You Bring Proven National or Senior Account Management experience within FMCG, ideally with Woolworths or another large retailer; pet‑specialty experience welcome. Deep understanding of the Australian eCommerce and retail landscape. Influencer and relationship builder; confident challenging status‑quo and negotiating outcomes. Commercially astute, data‑driven and detail‑oriented with strong numeracy. Skilled in cross‑functional engagement across marketing, supply chain, finance and category. Experience in new business development, category management or digital marketing highly regarded. A commercially curious nature with passion to develop a career in sales.
