The Role Are you a motivated, detail‑oriented payroll pro ready to be a Senior Payroll Specialist, Join our amazing client’s team Process and review weekly and fortnightly payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with relevant Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and Fair Work legislation Handle payroll tasks for new starters and leavers, including calculations for complex terminations Ensure all statutory requirements are met, including superannuation, workers’ compensation, and other compliance obligations Respond to payroll‑related queries from staff and managers, offering clear and helpful guidance The Candidate We are looking for a candidate with the below skills At least 5 years’ experience managing end‑to‑end payroll in a fast‑paced, multi‑award environment with 600+ employees Confident using Preceda and Kronos, with strong intermediate Excel skills SAP experience would be a BONUS Solid understanding of payroll legislation, Awards, and Enterprise Agreements, with the ability to interpret and apply them accurately Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the business The Perks Discounted Gym Memberships 2 days WFH Free On‑Site Parking Staff Discounts on products and health insurance Up to $120k+Super #J-18808-Ljbffr
