Operations & Platform Lead Zib Digital is a performance focused digital marketing agency helping brands across Australasia achieve real results online. We’re looking for an Operations & Platform Lead to join our Melbourne office, a proactive go‑getter who’s not just brilliant at managing systems, but who brings positivity, culture, and energy into the team every day. What’s the role? You’ll be the key driver of our operational success, optimising and maintaining our systems (particularly Monday.com), ensuring platform security, supporting HR processes, and empowering our teams to work better, smarter, and more efficiently. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and get your hands across tools, people, and processes. If you love creating clarity and solving problems, this is your role. Key Responsibilities Monday.com – You Own It You’ll be our internal Monday.com expert, no exceptions. With the support of a traffic / Resourcing Manager, you’ll lead daily management of the platform, ensuring it’s optimised and used effectively across our AU/NZ teams. Train and support all Zib Digital staff on how to use workflows, boards, automations, and dashboards. Work collaboratively to continuously improve systems and processes to help us scale smoothly. Data & Platform Security Manage access, permissions, and platform safety (Keeper, Google Workspace, etc.) Ensure a secure onboarding and offboarding process Mitigate data risks, monitor user activity, and troubleshoot issues quickly Reporting & Insights Maintain reporting frameworks across Monday, HubSpot, and other sources Monitor efficiency and performance metrics tied to workload, time tracking, delivery timelines, and resourcing Propose new systems and dashboards to improve clarity and decision making HR & People Ops Support Support the smooth running of our people processes alongside our leadership team Assist with employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, compliance, documentation, and culture initiatives Cross‑Team Support Provide operational support and back‑up to the wider team Liaise across client, performance, and production teams to identify friction and solve bottlenecks Be a hub of positivity, energy, and problem‑solving What We’re Looking For Minimum 2+ years’ experience with platform, project, or operations management Hands‑on Monday.com experience is essential Experience with additional tools (HubSpot, Google Workspace, security platforms) is a plus Great communicator, trainer, and systems thinker Strong organisation, time management, and troubleshooting skills A culture‑add with energy, positivity, and commitment to doing things well Why You’ll Love Working With Us High‑performing and fun team culture A real voice in business operations and scaling strategy Ongoing support for professional growth and leadership development Access to digital tools, a diverse team, and hands‑on leadership support How do you join the ZIB team?
