About Fritz Tango Fritz Tango is a design‑led Australian brand reimagining everyday outdoor living. We started with hose reels and hoses that look as good as they work - and we're expanding into beautiful, functional products for the home and garden. We believe great design should be playful, practical, and built to last. The Opportunity We're seeking a creative all‑rounder to shape how Fritz Tango shows up in the world – through content, social, and storytelling that make design lovers stop scrolling. This isn't about churning posts; it's about crafting a brand presence that feels elevated, consistent, and distinctly Fritz Tango. You'll collaborate closely with the founder and our marketing partners, balancing hands‑on creation with big‑picture thinking. You're the type who can shoot a reel, brief a freelancer, manage a campaign, and still make it all look beautiful. Key Responsibilities Content & Brand Creation – Plan, produce and edit engaging photo and video content for campaigns and socials Design on‑brand graphics and layouts (Canva / Photoshop) – Develop and manage the content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across all touchpoints Marketing & Campaign Management – Coordinate UGC creators and influencer partnerships Manage communication with freelance partners and marketing agencies Assist with email marketing and Klaviyo campaigns Track performance and optimise creative based on results Community & Growth – Engage authentically with our audience and build brand advocacy Support campaign launches, events and collaborations Contribute creative ideas for new products and brand moments Essential Skills & Experience Strong graphic design ability (Canva / Adobe Photoshop) Confident video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar) Social media marketing experience across Instagram / Facebook / Pinterest / TikTok Experience working with influencers and UGC creators Understanding of email marketing (ideally Klaviyo) Excellent written communication and organisational skills A strong sense of style and eye for design Desirable Skills Experience in lifestyle, home or design‑focused brands Photography or styling experience Familiarity with Shopify or e‑commerce platforms Basic analytics and performance tracking skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
