Job Description Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define role requirements. Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Provide guidance and recommendations on candidate selection and offer negotiation. Maintain and update recruitment systems and candidate databases. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process. Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates. Prepare recruitment reports and provide insights to improve hiring strategies. The Successful Applicant A successful Talent Acquisition Specialist should have: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the business services industry. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. A detail-oriented approach with strong organisational skills. Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in Human Resources.
