About the role:As the National Sales and Product Development Manager in the Recruitment and Management Services Division, you will drive consistent year-on-year growth within identified target markets across all service offerings. This includes developing and implementing effective sales strategies to attract local accounts and large national organisations.
Acquisition and development of large accounts within nominated target marketsClient/host retention, development, and repeat businessGrowth of group training services, recruitment-only services, and labour hire servicesDiversification of product offerings to align with shifting customer demandsCollaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional performance and create employment solutions that change lives for the betterLead a national team, managing a centralised national tender regime, and ensuring compliance with performance and contractual standards.About you:
You are a dynamic leader capable of efficiently managing, implementing, and delivering strategies to meet collective targets. This involves motivating individual staff to reach their set targets and KPIs.Extensive knowledge of recruitment process development and managementDemonstrated experience across strategic sales principles, negotiation skills, and the ability to influence othersYou will have exposure or experience selling in construction, Defence, or IT industries.Desirable Labor hire/GTO background.
