Job Description About the Role Apart-time (0.6 EFT), ongoing-dependent on funding, opportunity to join our team as theMulti Agency Risk Assessment & Management (MARAM) Project Coordinator . The MARAM Sector Support program has been designed to respond to the current reform context and prepare for sustainability of MARAM alignment. The Family Violence Regional Integration Committee (FVRIC) were identified as best placed to lead cross agency alignment and continuous improvement work, as they hold strong relationships with prescribed organisations in their regions and have expertise in building shared understanding and collaborative practice across the service system. The MARAM Sector Support program is funded by Family Safety Victoria (FSV) and delivered via FVRIC. The program implements initiatives to support organisations in their local area to align to MARAM and successfully embed information sharing processes. The MARAM Project Coordinator will work closely with the Integrated Strategic Advisor (ISA) to lead the coordination and implementation of the MARAM Sector Support program for the Goulburn FVRIC. The role will work collaboratively with the ISA, FVRIC and FSV to develop and implement a targeted workplan for Goulburn which supports progress against the outcomes outlined in the MARAM Sector support Theory of Change. Key performance responsibilities include: En gage and collaborate with the ISA and FVRIC members to deliver the key objectives of the MARAM Sector Support program. Lead the development, implementation, and review of the MARAM Sector Support action plan, in line with FSV program guidelines. Prepare and submit six-monthly progress reports and a final report for FSV, as per the MARAM Sector Support program requirements. Develop project data collection methods that support evaluation and outcome measurement against the MARAM Sector Support indicators and theory of change. Participate in statewide and local discussions regarding the MARAM Sector Support plan and implementation. Arrange and facilitate Communities of Practice, workshops and information sessions as identified as part of MARAM Sector Support Plan. Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Community Development, or relevant discipline, with a minimum of three years relevant post qualification experience in the Family Violence sector. Willingness to obtain a valid Working with Children Check and satisfactory National Police Check prior to commencing employment with us. If you have spent over 12 months overseas in the last 10 years, you will also be required to undergo an International Police Check or present evidence of a satisfactory check.
