Enjoy the Journey What we offer you Career Development & Training opportunities $1 MYMC Meals & Snacks on site daily A fully equipped gym on‑site for employees Be part of a diverse and values‑led culture that backs bold ideas Generous staff discounts on our products + more employee benefits About the role You will be responsible for managing customer relationships which include the negotiation & implementation of customer agreements that deliver against budgeted annual sales, promotions strategies, agreed executional objectives, new business growth whilst managing trade spend and successfully delivering against the customers' expectations. Key Responsibilities but not limited too: Own the customer relationship and commercial performance for major convenience & Independents accounts. Lead the development and negotiation of annual trading terms, promotional plans, and NPD listings. Create and execute customer business plans aligned to company growth targets and category strategies. Use insights and data analytics to influence customer decisions and internal planning. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Category, and Logistics to ensure flawless execution. Develop, grow and maintain a network of contacts across a variety of levels with all customer groups through formal planning and meetings, but also business‑related. Maximise distribution of My Muscle Chef Lines in key assigned independent customers. Drive the strong Pipeline of NPD in existing and new business as well as assist in category reviews. Analyse customer trends to assist in developing business strategies where relevant. Achieve Sales Performance to Budget by Month, by Quarter, by Half and by Financial Year in all assigned key account customers. Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years’ experience in a National Account Manager role. Demonstrated experience with major convenience retailers and strong negotiation capabilities. Analytical mindset with P&L and category management experience. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with strong influencing and communication skills. Ability to travel nationally.
