This end‑to‑end control enables a high level of quality assurance, faster speed to market, and greater agility in responding to customer and market needs. The Role The Salesforce and Application Support Analyst will be responsible for user support, troubleshooting, access management, light configuration work, and improving adoption of Salesforce and other core business systems. This is a highly collaborative role working with sales, operations, purchasing, and finance stakeholders. Key responsibilities Provide user support and troubleshoot Tier 1‑2 issues for Salesforce and other business applications Manage user access and permissions across multiple systems Perform basic configuration and customisation tasks to improve system functionality and user experience Assist with data cleanup and maintenance to ensure data integrity Generate and modify reports and dashboards to support business reporting needs Skills and Experience Hands‑on Salesforce support experience, including user setup, permissions, troubleshooting, and basic configuration Strong understanding of data quality, duplicate management, and maintaining clean, accurate records Experience generating or modifying reports and dashboards Ability to support Tier 1‑2 issues independently and escalates appropriately Experience with ERP or BI environments such as Dynamics AX, Phocas, or Power BI Benefits Hybrid working model with flexibility Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work with a collaborative and friendly team Ongoing training and development opportunities Career progression within a growing organisation For More Information For a confidential discussion about this role, please contact Josh Devlin at By engaging Miller Leith for recruitment services and / or career support, you are agreeing to our Privacy Policy and Candidate Consent Form.
