Salesforce Application Support Analyst – Marsh McLennan Join our Application Management Services team at Marsh & McLennan Asia Business Services (MMABS). This hybrid role will be based at Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. Role Overview As a Salesforce Application Support Analyst within our Application Management Services team, you will be a key person for Business-As-Usual (BAU) support and play a role towards strategic initiatives led by senior team players. This role requires a proactive team player who can contribute, coordinate and identify opportunities for system improvements. Responsibilities Coordinate and contribute on Level 2 and Level 3 support activities, troubleshooting issues and escalating when necessary, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, automation, and integrations, ensuring alignment with business goals. Optimize Salesforce functionality, including evaluating new features, implementing best practices, and attending system upgrades and enhancements activities. Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices; recommend and implement improvements to maximize platform value. Design and develop automation workflows using Salesforce Lightning flows to streamline business processes. Support workflows using tools like ServiceNow, ensuring efficient incident and change management processes. Qualifications Degree in Computer Science with 2-3 years of hands‑on Salesforce support experience, proven ability to lead solutions and drive initiatives independently. Experience in Lightning, automation, and integrations, combined with excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience evaluating and implementing AppExchange solutions and third‑party integrations. Familiarity with ITIL standards, incident management, and change control processes. What Makes You Stand Out Flexible work approach – some weekend/public holiday work and on‑call work will be required. Required to support Pacific work hours (Australia/New Zealand). Salesforce Administrator Certification.
