The Lactalis Group offers more than 2,000 products and is committed to playing a daily role in the health and well‑being of consumers worldwide, providing nutritious dairy products such as milk, cheese, yoghurt and other soft foods and beverages. Our Opportunity The purpose of the National Account Manager is to deliver targeted outcomes through the development and execution of effective sales plans and media activation with our customers. The role supports the Retail Sales channels, working closely with customers in developing commercial strategies, joint business plans and promotional effectiveness. Our goal is to be the preferred nutritional partner to the customer, building and influencing relationships at all levels to deliver profitable growth. Qualifications Proven track record in account management, ideally within pharmacy and grocery. Tertiary qualifications in business or marketing related disciplines are desirable. Understanding of the nutritional industry is considered a bonus. Result‑focused mindset with experience dealing with multiple stakeholders. Strong commercial and analytical acumen. High levels of tenacity and resilience, with a result‑oriented mentality. Good negotiation skills and ability to foster relationships with customers.
