Aicha Food is expanding in the Australian market and we are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team in Sydney. This position suits candidates with 1–2 years of experience in marketing, especially those with exposure to the F&B or FMCG industry. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. Manage the company’s social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement. Conduct market research related to consumer behaviour, competitor analysis, pricing, and brand positioning. Assist in developing marketing materials such as menus, product brochures, digital content, email campaigns, and promotional collaterals. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Outlet Teams, Product Development) to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives. Support the planning and rollout of product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and brand activation activities. Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance metrics to support data-driven decision‑making. Provide daily marketing administrative support, coordinate with external vendors, and maintain marketing documentation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline. 1–2 years of working experience in marketing (F&B or FMCG experience is an advantage). Strong communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail. Familiarity with social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) and basic digital marketing tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast‑paced environment. Self‑motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Must have full working rights in Australia (Citizen / PR / Permanent Visa holders only). What We Offer Exposure to end‑to‑end marketing activities in an expanding F&B brand .
