Overview Cost & Contract Manager (Facilities Management) at Mission Critical Salary $125,000 - $135,000 + super and bonus Responsibilities Contract administration for all Australian data centres Procurement and purchasing of engineering services and soft services (facilities management) Review claims, invoices and variations Cost reporting for all active contracts and services Managing contractual issues and disputes Develop processes and procedures Monitoring vendor performance and adherence to service level agreements Prepare business cases to support procurement activities Develop and review tender packages and evaluations, scope of works, bid templates and reviews Requirements 4 years’ experience in facilities management contract administration / procurement role relating to facilities management Strong understanding of contract management and administration Strong negotiation and presentation skills Good leadership and problem-solving skills Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Excellent communication and administration skills with high attention to detail Relevant qualification in facilities, business, engineering or QS Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Management and Manufacturing Industries Facilities Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
