Supply Administrator – Air Liquide Healthcare Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is a leading supplier of medical gases, homecare, and sleep services, specializing in respiratory diseases and sleep diagnostics. This vital administrative position is responsible for raising purchase orders, monitoring stock levels across multiple sites, and coordinating the return of excess stock. The role ensures smooth operations through accurate inventory and strong supplier relationships. Key Contributions Raise and issue purchase orders (POs) to suppliers, alerting the Supply Manager to discrepancies. Liaise with suppliers to confirm estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) and maintain professional relationships. Assist in ordering company uniforms for staff. Place orders for non‑inventory items as directed by managers and supervisors. Create new item codes within the ERP system. Review and manage stock levels across all sites, coordinating excess stock return to warehouse. Support the national warehouse team as needed. Ensure all tasks comply with company policies and procedures. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably in inventory or logistics. Ability to work autonomously and manage competing demands. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills. Proficiency with Google Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant software. Ability to read, interpret, and follow instructions and procedures.
