In Australia, our high-performing team specialises in delivering premium fruit solutions to major dairy and ice cream manufacturers. We’re proud of our dynamic culture and collaborative spirit and we’re looking for someone equally passionate to join us as a Key Account Manager. We’re seeking an energetic and driven Key Account Manager to join our Sales Team. In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts within our core customer base. Your focus will be on maintaining strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering exceptional service and commercial outcomes. This is more than a sales role it’s about creating long‑term value through trust, responsiveness, and an understanding of our customers’ businesses. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and needs Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth delivery of services Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for growth Represent Agrana at customer meetings, site visits, and industry events About You We’re looking for someone with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate will have: Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, account management, or customer service Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive and results‑driven approach with a keen eye for detail Resilience and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment Experience in the FMCG sector (desirable but not essential) A valid driver’s licence and own vehicle Ability to travel as required Why Join Us?
