Our vision: Young lives, lived to their full potential. ________________________________________ About the Role We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Case Manager to join our Youth Services Team on the Northern Beaches. You’ll work collaboratively with community partners, schools, local government, and health professionals to support young people and their families. This role plays a key part in delivering programs at the Beaches Youth Hub , providing practical support, guidance, and advocacy to help young people thrive. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders. Provide person-centred case management, including assessment, planning, coordination, and review. Engage young people in activities that promote wellbeing, mental health, and personal growth. Connect young people with services, education, housing, and other local supports. Maintain accurate records and contribute to program development and community engagement initiatives. You’ll bring: A relevant degree in Social Work, Social Science or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience working with young people and those at risk of homelessness Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience working in a Community Engagement role.
