What You’ll Do Lead with clarity, confidence, and a positive presence Run client sessions that feel productive, energising, and aligned — planning, retros, value-pointing. Be the steady, upbeat connector between clients and your Devign™ team, keeping communication open and relationships strong. Collaborate deeply with your Devign™ team You’ll be working closely every day with a small, supportive, multi-talented team: One UI/UX Designer Two Frontend Developers One Backend Developer One QA Tester A dedicated Scrum Master You’ll help bring ideas to life, create clarity together, and build a delivery rhythm that feels smooth, positive, and purposeful. Keep delivery moving with calm confidence Own delivery end-to-end, ensuring timelines and milestones stay on track. Spot risks early and remove blockers before they affect momentum — keeping the team supported, focused, and empowered. Champion quality with enthusiasm Partner closely with design and development to champion what “great” looks like. Work with the QA Tester to ensure quality is not just achieved, but celebrated. Shape the future with your team Own and nurture the product backlog, shaping features that align with the product vision and client goals. Turn ideas into clear, understandable user stories, epics, and tasks with your Scrum Master and development team — making sure everyone is on the same page and excited about what’s next. Who You Are 3+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or QA Lead in an agile environment. Solid understanding of Quality Assurance — from strategy to defect management. Comfortable with Scrum/Kanban and integrating QA into sprint cycles. A natural communicator who is positive, approachable, and great at simplifying complexity. Familiar with QA and product management tools (Jira, TestRail, Postman, Trello, Asana). Detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for building high-quality products.
