Brief Overview Of This Role At Sitemate We are looking for an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sydney team, to help accelerate our growth in the Oceania region. The Sales Development Representative is responsible for qualifying and routing inbound leads across three channels: self‑service and inside sales. This role involves frequent engagement with prospects through phone, email, live chat and internal tools such as Slack and Salesforce. Success is measured by the number of product demonstrations booked and completed, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding monthly targets. Day-to-Day Qualify and route inbound leads through self‑service and inside sales channels. Engage prospects via phone, email, live chat and internal tools like Slack and Salesforce. Meet the quota of demonstrations booked and completed; the team has achieved ≥95% of targets monthly. Challenges Learn about the built world and new industry terminologies. Up‑skill call, phone and email skills during onboarding. Understand SaaS financial acronyms and common terminology. Adapt to a fast‑paced learning environment. Skills & Tools – Must Have Confident and clear communication skills across email, phone, video conferencing and in‑person. Excellent task organisation and prioritisation skills; able to multi‑task efficiently. Nice To Have Experience with modern tooling: CRMs, health scoring, live chat, knowledge bases.
