Employment type – Temporary Fulltime, initially 12 months Grade 7/8 – $113,574 - $125,720, plus employer contribution to superannuation (12%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) Location – Sydney Your role As part of the Portfolio Management and Assurance team, you will prepare project related documents, provide regular status updates, and undertake research and analysis to support informed decision making. What You’ll Do Source, collate and compile data to identify emerging issues and conduct project reviews. Design, develop and coordinate project documentation (templates, forms, presentations, and processes). Contribute to the maintenance of Action, Risk and Decision‑Making logs. Develop an effective network of both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project implementation. What We’re Looking For Proven ability to manage diverse projects while supporting Portfolio Management and Assurance team functions. Strong skills in information management, research, and analytical tasks. Experience engaging and consulting with stakeholders effectively. Background in project and/or program management. Experience in preparing a variety of project‑related documentation, including status updates, reports, budgets, and discussion papers. What We Offer A challenging and rewarding career.
